We first heard from Jamilya on the evening of May 6th. They had just completed their booking and politely asked, “Can you send the confirmation ticket please?” The boat was scheduled for 09:30 AM the next day — or so we thought. Moments later, we received another message: “Not morning time. 9:30 PM please.”
Oops! A simple time miscommunication, which we quickly corrected. We updated their e-ticket to reflect the 09:30 PM schedule, confirmed the meeting point at Teluk Nare, and shared the captain’s contact just in case. “Thank you so much,” Jamilya replied. Crisis averted.
2. Late-Night Transfer, Smooth as Glass 🌙
May 7th, 10:30 PM — Jamilya and Wael arrived at Teluk Nare after a long trip from the airport. Captain Kasmir was already waiting. It was a peaceful night, with stars overhead and the sea perfectly calm. They boarded their private speed boat and set off for Gili Meno — just the two of them, no crowds, no delays.
3. “Can We Go to the Airport Tomorrow at 5 AM?”

After a short negotiation, Jamilya agreed to the final price. “Can you send the payment link here like yesterday?” she asked. Done. Payment received within minutes. We finalized her boat ticket, car transfer, and Wael’s fast boat to Bali — all in a single flow.

May 9th, 04:55 AM — Jamilya and Wael checked in at Gili Trawangan Harbor. By 05:00, they were on their way. At Teluk Nare, our driver picked them up as planned. Jamilya headed to the airport, and Wael was dropped off at Bangsal Port by 10:00 AM — right on time for his 11:00 AM boat to Bali.
