1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website or via our official contact channels (e.g. WhatsApp, email).

• Confirmation will be sent after payment is received.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other available methods.

• Prices include the services as described (speedboat, car transfer, or tour).

• Please ensure all personal and booking details are accurate.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the departure time are eligible for a full refund (100%).

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

• If we need to cancel a service due to weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons, you will be offered either:

  • A rescheduled trip, or A full refund.

3. Transfer & Tour Services

• Speedboat Transfers:

  • Departure times may change due to weather or sea conditions.

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time.

• Car Transfers:

  • Pick-up or drop-off must be clearly specified at the time of booking.

• Tour Packages:

  • Tours include driver, fuel, and entrance fees (if specified).

  • Meals and drinks are not included unless stated.

4. Personal Belongings & Responsibility

• Please take care of your personal items during the trip.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety instructions for the comfort and safety of all.

5. Use of Photos & Media

• We may take photos or videos during trips for promotional purposes on our website or social media.

• If you prefer not to have your image used, please let us know before or after your trip.

6. Privacy & Data Security

• Your personal information is only used for booking purposes and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

• All payment data is processed securely and encrypted for your safety.
