Thank you for choosing Lombok Boat. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made through our website or via our official contact channels (WhatsApp, email).
- Confirmation is sent after payment is received.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer or other available methods shown at checkout.
- Prices include the services as described (speedboat, car transfer, or tour).
- Please ensure all personal and booking details are accurate.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the departure time are eligible for a full refund (100%).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- If we cancel a service due to weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons, you will be offered a rescheduled trip or a full refund.
3. Transfer & Tour Services
Speedboat transfers
- Departure times may change due to weather or sea conditions.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time.
Car transfers
- Pick-up and drop-off locations must be clearly specified at the time of booking.
Tour packages
- Tours include driver, fuel, and entrance fees only if specified in the product description.
- Meals and drinks are not included unless stated.
4. Personal Belongings & Responsibility
- Please take care of your personal items during the trip.
- Lombok Boat is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow crew instructions at all times.
5. Weather & Operational Changes
- Sea and weather conditions may require schedule changes or cancellation for safety.
- We will notify you as early as possible and offer rescheduling or a refund as applicable.
6. Liability
- Lombok Boat provides services with due care, but travel by sea and road involves inherent risks.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
