We first connected with Darren through his booking on Viator. The original plan: pick up at Lombok Airport at 10:30 AM, then transfer to Gili T via private speed boat. Darren quickly reached out to let us know: “We’ll probably be out of the airport by 11:30 after customs.”
Great heads-up! We updated their pickup time and boat schedule accordingly, shifting the boat to 1:00 PM and confirming a smooth connection. “Looking forward to visiting your country and seeing the Gilies 😄,” Darren said. We couldn’t wait to welcome them!
