Gili Mas is a west-Lombok boat terminal and jetty area near the Lembar coast, known as a docking place for cruise ships and larger vessels. It sits in the same southwest harbour corridor as Lembar Ferry Port, so it is a useful landmark when arranging land transfers on Lombok’s west side.
Lombok Boat guests may pass Gili Mas when connecting between west-coast arrivals and private speedboat hubs farther north (Teluk Nare) or southwest island-hopping departures around Sekotong.
Getting there
- From Mataram: roughly 30–50 minutes by car
- From Senggigi: often under an hour
- From Lombok International Airport (LOP): allow about 1–1.5 hours by road
Routes & timing
Gili Mas primarily serves larger vessel / cruise docking rather than the short private Gili shuttle from Teluk Nare. If your plan is a private speedboat to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, or Gili Meno, we usually recommend transferring by road to Teluk Nare after you clear west-coast arrivals.
Tips
Ship schedules and access rules can change — send us your arrival details early so we can line up a private car and, if needed, a same-day private boat to the Gilis.
