Sekotong Harbour (southwest Lombok) is the mainland jump-off for private island-hopping days to Gili Nanggu, Gili Sudak, and Gili Kedis. Sheltered bay water and short boat hops make it ideal for families and first-time snorkelers.
Unlike busy Bangsal or Teluk Nare (gateways to the northern Gilis), Sekotong serves Lombok’s quieter southwest islets — white sand, shallow reefs, and very little nightlife.
Getting there
- From Senggigi / Mataram: typically about 1.5–2.5 hours by private car
- From Kuta Lombok / Mandalika: west/south road links (allow buffer for traffic)
- Exact jetty (e.g. Tawun / local pier) is confirmed when you book
Most guests combine hotel pickup with a private boat so departure times stay flexible with weather.
Routes & timing
Day charters usually visit Nanggu–Sudak–Kedis in one loop (order adjusted to sea conditions). Allow roughly a full day including road transfer from main tourist areas.
