On February 11, 2025, the “Santoso” family began an adventure they had long planned, a trip from Lombok to Gili Air. Their enthusiasm was evident from the start, beginning with inquiries about baggage policies which we addressed clearly and informatively. We informed them that each guest is allowed to carry up to 20 kg of luggage, but allowances were made for slightly heavier bags without any issues.
